Axis Equity Fund
Axis Equity Fund is the latest equity fund from Axis Mutual Fund. This is a simple but effective diversified equity fund. The main objective of this fund is to offer total investment solutions to users, and to achieve long term capital appreciation from a diversified equity fund. The Fund was launched on November 11, 2009 and closed on December 8, 2009. It will reopen on January 7, 2010.

- Minimum Application Amount – Rs. 5,000 and thereafter in multiples of one Rupee for Retail Plan; and Rs. 1 Crore and thereafter in multiples of Rupee one for Institutional Plan
- Minimum Additional Purchase or Additional Subscription Amount – Rs. 100 and thereafter in multiples of one Rupee for Retail Plan; and Rs. 1 Lakh and thereafter in multiples of Rupee one for Institutional Plan
- Minimum SIP installment Amount – Rs 1,000 and thereafter in multiples of one Rupee
- Minimum number of SIP installments – 36
- Entry load – Nil
- Exit load – 1% for units redeemed within one year from the date of allotment
- Performance benchmark index – S&P CNX Nifty Index
